Forgecast AI helps users turn calls, transcripts, uploads, notes, and rough ideas into content drafts, exports, and other publishing assets.
We process account information such as email address and authentication data, content users choose to submit for generation or transcription, billing-related identifiers from payment processing partners, and limited product telemetry used to improve the app and understand usage.
We use submitted content to generate outputs, provide exports, support billing, maintain account access, monitor reliability, and improve the product experience.
Forgecast AI relies on third-party service providers for functions such as secure account authentication, cloud hosting, data storage, payment processing, analytics, customer support operations, and AI-powered generation or transcription. Those providers process information only as needed to help us operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
We retain account records, generation history, and related operational records for as long as needed to operate the service, support users, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records, unless deletion is requested where supported.
